Payroll Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Ground Ops Department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems, resolving discrepancies as needed.
* Update payroll in relation to salary changes for employee movements within the company.
* Verify input of information for new starters, including tax and bank details.
* Prepare monthly payroll-related journals.
* Contribute to current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
* Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments and deductions.
* Bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll system.
* Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testing.
* Process 3rd party payments.
* Participate in various payroll projects and other assigned opportunities.
Work Arrangements:
We offer a hybrid work model, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working from home. We prioritize work-life balance and have a flexible approach to meet our employees' needs.
