This role is focused on managing key client relationships, ensuring excellent service, and identifying opportunities for renewal and expansion. The successful candidate will lead a small team of two, ensuring smooth operations while actively engaging with customers to enhance their experience and long-term retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer retention and success strategies to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Support and guide a small team (2 people) to achieve retention and engagement goals. Develop and implement a structured customer contact plan, including renewal cycles and key engagement points. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise customer value. Ensure all credit and AML requirements are met for smooth customer operations. Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce/Key 2) and provide performance insights. Work closely with business development and relationship management teams to support larger accounts. Promote brand awareness and customer engagement through proactive communication. Key Requirements: Experience in customer retention, success, or relationship management (minimum 2 years). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently while also providing support to a small team. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet retention targets. Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A keen interest in customer experience, engagement, and business growth.
