Pensions Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Pensions Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation, processing pension documents, and providing excellent customer service to clients. This role requires strong numerical and literacy skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completion of day-to-day office administration tasks
* Processing of client requests accurately and within agreed service levels
* Dealing with client queries and interacting with stakeholders via phone and email
* Providing support to the administration team to meet compliance deadlines
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
* Strong numerical and literacy skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3rd Level Graduate with QFA education or experience in insurance / financial services
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience
