Job Description
We have an immediate need for a project coordinator for an initial 6-month assignment (with the possibility of extension) providing support on one of our major infrastructure projects.
The role includes the following duties:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Providing administrative support to all members of the project resourcing team
* Responsible for setting up interview invites, room booking, setting up and coordinating individuals relating to the project
* Conducting screening calls
* Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
* Taking minutes of meetings when required
* Ensuring all project documentation is stored correctly
* Undertaking preparatory supportive audits
* Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives' priorities are met
* Preparation of presentations and reports
* Other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the position
Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Skill in preparation and compilation of presentations
* Experience of working in a role where discretion and confidentiality are essential
* Experience of working with diverse teams
* Ability to work on own initiative, with multitasking capabilities
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills - ability to motivate others
* Experience of undertaking and effectively managing a significant workload
* Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint knowledge and experience
