About the role: We are seeking a Credit Control Executive to join a high-performing team in a thriving work environment, commercially focussed. The role requires close co-operation with our Finance and Commercial sales teams. We are expanding our hedging, pricing and trading team to allow us to support an expansion into the commercial energy supply sector through our new Yuno Energy brand. As part of this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Credit Control person to join our team of energy and commodity market experts. Credit Control experience in the industry would be an advantage though if you feel you have transferrable experience and skills and you are very keen to immerse yourself in the role even the lack of industry experience can be overcome Key Responsibilities Undertaking a Commercial Credit Control role Conducting daily reconciliations and managing the collection process Handling aged debt and arrears management, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting. Engaging with client relationship manager resolve queries and maintain excellent relationships. Supporting the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 2+ years experience in Credit Control/Accounts receivable, with a solid understanding of full-cycle AR processes is essential. Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders. Be resourceful and proactive.
