Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic plan in alignment with the Board of Directors' vision and market trends.
Identify growth opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, and new product development.
Financial Management and Performance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, including technology, sales, marketing, customer service, and compliance.
Implement scalable processes and systems to support the company's growth and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, with a significant portion in the payment solutions, fintech, or financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully scaling a business, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability.
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L, financial planning, and budget oversight.
In-depth knowledge of payment solutions, digital payments, e-commerce, and industry trends.
Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including with board members, investors, partners, and regulators.
