We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clerical Officer to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, typing, photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Manage schedules, take minutes, and coordinate meetings.
- Respond to enquiries, prioritize tasks, and maintain communication with supervisors and stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting and issuing letters, memos, and information to internal customers, clients, and the public.
- Maintain and update local databases and records.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver planned services and achieve optimal service levels.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
