The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of standards to internal and external customers.
Role Responsibilities:
* Focus on delivering a premium customer service
* Answer incoming calls and direct callers to relevant departments.
* Meet and greet customers and visitors
* Direct customers to relevant department
* Liaise closely with Sales/Service/Parts departments to ensure customer’s service standards are upheld
* Be competent with administration and filing duties.
Skills and Competencies:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in reception environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Well presented
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
* Time management skills required
* Ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
