Accounts Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monthly bank reconciliations and accurate posting of transactions to the finance system
* Supplier reconciliations, including central billing accounts
* Cash handling duties, including bank lodgment reconciliations as required
* Assistance with Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger on an ad-hoc basis
* Handling finance queries and undertaking ad-hoc finance projects
Requirements:
* Business/finance graduate, accounting technician or part-qualified accountant with 2-3 years experience in a similar finance role
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Payroll would be an advantage
