Job Title: HR Manager
A competitive salary based on experience is offered for this fixed-term, 10-month position.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the human resource function including employee engagement, performance management and compliance.
* Advise and support the management team on HR issues and changes in employment law.
* Participate in projects relating to the People Agenda from a HR perspective.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with Occupational Health Provider and proactive manage Long-Term Sick and Repeat Absence cases.
2. Manage compliance in relation to the Working Time Directive.
3. Ensure all employee files and records are kept up to date in line with legislation.
4. Proactive Management of IR and ER Issues.
Requirements:
* Three years' experience in a HR Management Role.
* A pragmatic attitude and highly professional approach.
* Strong understanding of employment law and legislation.
