Position Description Reporting to the Process Optimisation Manager for ESB Customer Solutions IT and Digital has accountability for the process improvement program for the Customer Solutions directorate. These roles are critical for the continued success of the process improvement program in shaping team performance and behaviour, maximising efficiency in the business and delivering cost reductions where possible.
The roles require skill and capability that understands all aspects of process improvement, while working with Process Optimisation Manager to select and prioritise teams and processes to begin the program delivery schedule. The role requires specialists to have the capability to have peer-to-peer conversations, driving the adoption and building an enduring process improvement culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting process improvement programs
* Management of a program of work agreed with Process Optimisation Manager for delivery into Customer Solutions
* Managing relationships with team leads and managers
* Leading a team of specialists and Process Improvement Leads
* Influencing outcomes and driving process improvement methodologies
* Engaging stakeholders and providing updates on work items
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, engaging, coaching and developing any future leads in Process Improvement Methodology. They will also require detailed knowledge of RPA (Automation) ensuring all potential are assessed and referred to RPA lead for execution.
Requirements
* Essential 3+ Years relevant work experience required
* Leadership skills
* Knowledge/experience of ESB Customer Solutions IT Systems Architecture
* Knowledge/experience of Business Process Framework
* Evidence of delivering tangible business results
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of the team
