Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer
About the Role:
Ryanair is seeking a skilled Creative Graphic Designer to join its in-house Design team, reporting directly to the Design Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success as it grows to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality graphic content across digital and print platforms, adhering to Ryanair's brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with professionals in strategy for CRM, Brand, and Social initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within the Design team, demonstrating independent thinking and initiative when working on multiple stakeholder projects.
- Adapt designs to suit different requirements, such as web, print, and OOH media.
- Support the wider department with their everyday and longer-term creative needs.
- Make evidence-based design decisions through research, observation, and experimentation.
- Create layouts, designs, images, and other visual elements that effectively communicate Ryanair's tone of voice and concept to the audience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working within an in-house design team or agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills across digital and print media.
- Full knowledge of the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and After Effects.
- Motion graphic design is highly desirable.
- Appetite to upskill and learn new techniques.
- Organized, communicative, detail-oriented individual with a strong attention to detail.
