Lucy Michael Research, Training and Consultancy (LMRTC) is an independent research and advisory firm specializing in inclusion and equality, based in Dublin, Ireland. Our focus lies in producing impactful policy outcomes that address various equality and human rights concerns, spanning workplace dynamics, education, policing, and beyond. We draw on more than 20 years of experience in exploring and responding to discrimination and exclusion, particularly within racialized and migrant communities. We collaborate directly with public and private sector organizations to assess barriers to access and opportunities, and develop solutions to combat discrimination across intersecting equality grounds.

The role of Training and Research Support Officer
The role includes:
* Planning for events in-person and online
* Supporting a range of stakeholders (including clients and research participants) across our training and research activities
* Desktop research in the area of equality and human rights
* Supporting accessibility
And contributing to:
* Management of research documentation
* Preparation of training materials
* Drafting reports
The role also includes opportunities for professional development in training and research.
Contract type: Part-time contract from March until 30 August.
Location: Based in Dublin 2. Work-from-home option available for part of weekly hours.
Salary range: 27,000 – 30,000 euro pro rata (based on qualifications and relevant experience)
