• Support the execution of recruitment plans, attracting and recruiting candidates through a variety of recruitment initiatives.
• Support business leaders to manage the on/off boarding experiences for all employees.
• Continuously drive improvements in all HR tools and processes used throughout the employee life cycle and promote a positive employee experience.
• Instrumental in protecting employees' personal, confidential and sensitive information by ensuring great governance.
• The provision of support, advice and guidance on all employee-related matters.
The Person
• A degree or qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Working knowledge of employment law required.
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office software essential including advanced Excel skills.
