About This Role
The Corporate Sales Manager will execute our world-class sales methodology, hire top talent, meet sales quotas, develop strategies for team coaching, and create a positive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly goals, including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
* Build trust with direct reports and provide constructive feedback for growth and improvement.
* Coach team members to enhance their professional sales skills.
* Collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to drive business growth.
* Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
* Maintain headcount through recruiting, selecting, and training new Inbound Growth Specialists.
* Understand your country market(s) and develop plans to grow them.
* Demonstrate HubSpot's core values and leadership traits.
Requirements
* Proficient English fluency is required.
* Experience managing a sales team (4+ years preferred).
* Experience leading a consultative sales process, with ability to segment and manage territories effectively.
* Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate, and use various techniques to improve results.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple objectives.
* Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on the first part of the HubSpot sales methodology.
* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results, driving changes in team behaviors and building growth plans.
* Strong individual and team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
