Our client a highly regarded Non for Profit organisation based in Dublin city are currently looking to recruit a Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a 4 days week. Reporting to the Financial Controller role will involve: Payroll Responsibilities: Oversee and process payroll for employees Manage payroll-related bank payments and reconciliations Proficiency in all aspects of PAYE Revenue reporting, to include RPN processes, Payroll and other payroll submissions Support the month-end process as required Ensure compliance with Revenue and handle payroll-related CSO returns Maintain payroll-related accounts, including pension contributions, BIK, etc. Respond to payroll and accounts queries efficiently and confidentially Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Processing invoices and verifying their accuracy Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports Ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers Liaising with the accounting team to resolve payment discrepancies Preparing account reconciliations Resolve any discrepancies or queries with vendors promptly Prepare and process weekly payment runs Reconcile monthly vendor statements and address any discrepancies Other Responsibilities: Process multiple company bank reconciliations Assist with monthly management accounts and support month-end reporting Provide general financial and administrative support as needed This role will be 4 days a week - Based near Dublin 8 If you are interested in the above or any other Finance roles please e-mail: Yvonne Rafter @ or Ph: Skills: 'payroll' 'creditors' 'bank reconciliations'
