The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with operational teams to optimise performance, enhance their financial systems, and prepare robust group reports. If you would be interested in hearing more, please email your CV to Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with operational teams to provide financial expertise. Support pricing strategies, optimize performance, and drive strategic initiatives. Work in partnership with management to analyse cost and revenue trends and provide actionable recommendations. Develop and build annual budget and forecast models. Deliver clear financial insights through KPI dashboards and financial models. Conduct in-depth commercial analysis of cost and revenue centres. Identify key financial trends and forward-looking analysis to support executive decision-making. Establish and maintain key performance metrics to monitor business performance. Ensure clean and accurate data structure within finance and operational software systems, including stock management and pricing. Enhance financial/ERP systems and processes to improve data accuracy and timely reporting. Develop data-driven financial performance reporting for real-time business updates. Consolidate financials from the company and its Group Companies into a monthly board pack with commentary and recommendations. Coordinate with the Financial Controller and regional finance teams to streamline data collection and reporting deadlines. Review and track CAPEX spend and ROI. Assist in audit processes, including responding to auditor enquiries and producing financial statements. Support production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including in-depth reviews. Assist in revenue budget development and forecasting. Support ad-hoc finance projects as required. Key Requirements: Professional Accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is essential. 5+ years of experience in commercial accounting, FP&A, or business partnering, in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors. Demonstrated success in collaborating with operational teams and delivering strategic financial support. Experience with multi-entity reporting and systems enhancements in a global manufacturing business is highly desirable.
