Job Description
We are looking for qualified Master Diagnostic Technician to work in our state-of-the-art workshop facilities.
The role will involve conducting comprehensive diagnostic tests to accurately identify vehicle issues and utilising advanced diagnostic equipment to diagnose and trouble shoot electrical, mechanical and computer related problems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests to accurately identify vehicle issues
2. Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and technical resources to diagnose and trouble shoot electrical, mechanical and computer related problems
3. Complete all service, warranty work and technical reports to manufacturers and brand standards
4. Carry out service and repair work in accordance with manufacturer and dealership quality standards
5. Achieve laid down efficiencies and productivity targets
6. Strictly observe dealership Health and Safety regulations
7. Contribute to good team spirit and the achievement of departmental objectives
Requirements
* Be a qualified master/diagnostic technician
* Have the ability to carry out the role in a competent and organised manner
* Possess experience of working within a franchised dealership
* Have the interpersonal skills necessary to work with others and achieve success within a team
