Early ExperienceExperience completing work as directed, collaborating with teammates, and developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in French and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to move fast and grow in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of potential business in addition to partnership with our marketing teams.
Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
