We are seeking a Parts Advisor to assist trade, retail, and workshop customers by ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with parts inquiries via phone, email, and online.
* Process orders and manage returns using the DMS system.
* Maintain a clean and organized Parts Department.
* Work closely with other departments for smooth operations.
* Update and manage the customer database through proactive outreach.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in the motor industry (preferred).
* Strong customer service and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
