Job Description
We are seeking a well-organised Payroll professional with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to join our clients established team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high-volume weekly timesheets from multiple sources.
* Support with monthly payroll when and where required.
* Respond to ad hoc payroll queries from contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with external payroll providers and other members of the Finance team as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll transactions.
* Manage the Payroll inbox efficiently.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with:
* 3-5 years of experience working with ROI & UK payroll.
* Proven experience processing high-volume weekly payroll.
* IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
* Excellent systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to new software.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Highly organised and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent administration and communication skills.
* A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
* Advanced Weekly Irish Payroll knowledge.
