a high volume of interviews with potential candidates.Coordinating
& Liasing with Internal stakeholders to support interviews.Diary
Management Reply
to all unsuccessful and ad hoc applications. Conduct
reference checks for incoming employees.Working
with HR admin team to align pre onboarding and onboarding programmes for
all new starters including merchandise. Management
of UPMC recruitment inbox queries.As requiredAd hoc
tasks/projects as and when required to seek efficiencies in our ways of
working.Attendance
at recruitment fairs throughout the year.Producing
the relevant recruitment metrics in presentation format for the HR team.As an
