Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with customer requirements. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with construction standards. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to customers on project status, milestones, and any potential issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and resolving any disputes or challenges promptly. 3. Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Track expenses, approve invoices, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors to optimize costs. 4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including site managers, contractors, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing customer-focused projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
