The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with high-end clinics and medical professionals, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for aesthetics, strong industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in Ireland.
2. Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medi-spas, and beauty clinic owners.
3. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
4. Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet revenue targets.
6. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to support client success.
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends in aesthetics and LED phototherapy.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the aesthetics, dermatology, or medical device industry.
2. A strong network within the aesthetic, medical, or beauty sectors is highly desirable.
3. Ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
4. Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
6. A passion for cutting-edge technology and skin health.
