We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin.

Duties: Manage medium term and long-term capacity planning activities and ensure appropriate communication/escalation to critical resource ownersProactively assess inventory positions (IDP/LDP/FDP/Materials) and execute plans to drive to the targetsManage towards a stable Supply Plan and identify root causes and corrective actions in case of deviationsEnsure timely completion of the Planning cyclesDevelop and present scenario analyses to support decision making in the Supply ChainCollaborate with Supply sites (e.g.
AML & ABR) to ensure timely supplyWork closely with the Global Supply Chain lead to ensure market supplyWork closely with NPI (New Product Introduction) team to manage new product introductionsIdentify scrap risks and take corrective/preventive actions to minimize abnormal scrapManage product specific Life cycle management change controlsReview and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure SOP complianceLead or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives using problem solving techniques (Operational Excellence, 6s, LEAN)Monitor KPI's and define corrective and preventive actionsWork under minimal direction and understand that work is guided by operational & project objectivesIndependently develop solutions that are thorough, practical & consistentAnticipate and prevent potential problemsHandle diverse scope of issues that require evaluation of a variety of factors (Supply issues, product launch, regulatory filings, transition plans, NCs, CMO, NPIs)Systems:Advanced Experience in SAP, Rapid Response/APO, CDOCS, CCMS, QMTS Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalentMinimum 5 years supply chain planning experienceSAP ECC Planning and Rapid Response ExperienceEnd to End Supply Chain Planning Experience and KnowledgeProject Management Experience If interested in this role please feel free to contact Rachel Kent at Life Science Recruitment for further information.
