We are currently hiring for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our practice in Kildare on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary looking to develop their skills in a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and formatting legal documents to a high standard
* Performing dictation typing for partners
* Maintaining documents and files to a high standard
* Assisting solicitors and partners with legal research and document retrieval
* Preparing and filing legal documents with courts as required
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the team
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Legal Conveyancing Secretary role, minimum of 4 years
* Experience with Case Management systems
* Strong communication skills
* Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document types
* Full working authorization in Ireland
* Keen eye for detail
