About the role:
Salary: Up to £25,600 (£26,617 Central London Weighting) plus excellent bonus earning potential.
Hours: Full Time or Part Time – including regular weekends and some evening shifts.
Day to Day: You will support the team, encourage them to learn about our new products, and assist them with any day-to-day issues. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer receives the exceptional level of service they expect from us.
What we’re looking for:
Because your team members will see you as the expert, it’s essential to have some experience within retail or a customer-facing industry.
While some experience is important, your team will look to you for guidance on how to best serve our customers. Demonstrating the right attitude is our most important requirement. This means showing your passion and enthusiasm for home and garden and being knowledgeable about our products and stock.
