The Role:
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Liaise with internal teams for accurate budgeting and financial reporting.
* Support the year-end process and assist with audit preparations.
* Take an active role in improving financial systems and procedures.
The Person:
* Newly Qualified Accountant or 1 year post-qualified experience.
* Strong technical skills in management accounting and financial reporting.
