Job Title: Student Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Student Recruitment Specialist in the Admissions and Student Recruitment Department.
About the Post:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Student Recruitment or nominee and will be responsible for the seamless execution of student recruitment activities under their remit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning, preparation, coordination and management of domestic student recruitment activities and events
* Representing RCSI at internal and external events including presentations to different audiences
* Developing and building on existing partnerships in key regions (domestic and international)
* Identifying and initiating links with external stakeholders such as EI and other government agencies and professional bodies
Requirements:
* Primary degree and substantial relevant work experience (Student Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Higher Education)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to negotiate, persuade and influence
* Proven capacity to make well-informed decisions, understanding their impact and implications
