The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) are recruiting for a full-time Office Manager.
The ISCP Office Manager role is central in assisting the development of the ISCP by developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining all aspects of ISCP's Administrative and Office Management Policies and Procedures.
The person appointed will have responsibility for the coordination and organization of the general administration functions of ISCP to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and provide administration support to the CEO, President, and Board.
The person appointed will also work closely with the Financial Accountant to support in a variety of finance and accounting tasks.
The post holder reports to the CEO.
The ISCP offers hybrid working; however, the successful applicant will be required to attend staff meetings and team events/training in person, as requested by the CEO.
Candidates must have:Experience of successfully working with a wide group of people from across an organisation.Experience of working as an administrator in a busy organisation, including experience of meetings management and minute taking.Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work successfully with others to achieve results.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate records are maintained and paperwork avoids mistakes.Work proactively, flexibly, and effectively to support the wider team's work and outcomes.Good organisational and planning skills to deliver to deadlines.Good knowledge of IT including use of CRM, updating webpages, general website administration, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.Knowledge of Data Protection and takes responsibility for ensuring that data is accurate and up to date, whilst being aware of sensitive and confidential data.Experience of working with sensitive or confidential information and data.Knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity principles and the ability to work to them in practice.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, policy, and report-writing skills.Problem-solving abilities.Proven experience and ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work on own initiative and strong team skills.Experience in financial administration, bank reconciliation, and working on accounting packages.Strong working knowledge of Excel and Accounting Software.A keen eye for detail and the commitment to accuracy and financial controls.The salary scale for this post is aligned with Grade V HSE salary scale.
