Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Global Operations Quality Analytics team in Dublin. This is a full-time, 11-month contract. The work schedule will be fully remote from Ireland.
Role Overview:

On the Global Operations Quality team we measure how effectively the organisation is creating safe and open environments for our users and positive experiences for businesses across our family of apps through our suite of Quality metrics. We use this information to design & drive continuous improvement processes across our organization. We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, operations managers and our engineering and reporting teams and be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to extract meaningful insights and generate reports that inform business decisions, utilizing statistical methods and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
* Performing statistical analysis on data using techniques like regression, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
* Creating compelling visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
* Developing and delivering comprehensive reports that summarize key findings and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
* Creating, maintaining and optimizing datasets to ensure data integrity and efficient access.
* Working closely with cross functional partners to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis to support decision-making.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Statistical knowledge and ability to interpret complex data sets
* Clear and concise communication of technical findings to non-technical audiences
* Ability to present data insights effectively through reports and presentations
* Report process, policy and product concepts effectively to senior leadership, business and cross-functional partners by simplifying complex problems
* Proactively and independently initiate and execute implementation plans and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
* Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable queries and code
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years working in an Analytics team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm or similar fast-paced environment
* 5+ years experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders
* 5+ years professional experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions)
* Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, analytics, statistics or economics
* Experience in program and stakeholder management in a cross-functional and cross geographical capacity
