As a Recruiter for Consulting at EY, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilising a variety of tools to target suitable talent and build pipeline for Consulting roles across our business services lines.
* Develop exceptional working relationships with stakeholders, working with autonomy to deliver a recruitment service to meet their needs.
* Enable an innovative environment by embracing change and driving new processes and ways of working.
* Take a solution focused approach to your work and demonstrate an appetite for learning.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the EY recruitment cycle and its key stages, including potential sources of delay and how to successfully navigate these.
* Identify and nurture strong talent in the competitor market.
* Construct briefings/role descriptions and job ads using strong writing skills.
* Work with the team to develop resourcing campaigns and innovative ideas to attract talent.
* Update the recruitment database, ensuring clean data and timely candidate management to contribute to a great candidate experience.
To qualify for the role you must have
* Experience as a client-facing recruiter in a fast-paced environment is essential. You have experience with volume recruitment and understand the importance of thoroughly understanding the role to effectively sell it to candidates.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure. Data is your friend, and your extensive experience sourcing candidates through various methods has led to your success.
