Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Retail Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction within our Ballina store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a strong sales team, maintaining excellent store merchandising and commercial standards, and analyzing sales trends and figures.
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive sales and customer service excellence within the store.
2. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on floor sales, targets, and margin.
3. Mentor, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
4. Evaluate and improve store merchandising and commercial standards.
5. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures and trends.
6. Work closely with the purchasing team to optimize stock management.
7. Manage day-to-day store operations and administration.
8. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of retail management experience in electrical or furniture products.
* A proven track record in sales and management.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Motivation to achieve sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
