We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Lead to join a B2B energy distributor as part of their marketing team. The E-Commerce Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for the website product roadmap that will unify the full range of products and services to optimise user experience and revenues. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve business objectives Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management Analyse sales data and customer insights to optimize the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the e-commerce strategy Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the e-commerce channel Qualifications: + 5 years experience in driving ecommerce sales A post-graduate third-level qualification in business, marketing and / or digital marketing is required, in addition to any other relevant qualifications. Previous people / team management experience essential.
