Your new role includes: Preparation of Statutory applications – Planning, FSC, DAC, BCMS.Developing and producing detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.Ensuring compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.Conducting site surveys, inspections, and progress meetings.Researching and advising on materials, products, and technologies.Managing and delivering projects within budget and time constraints.
