RIU Plaza The Gresham Hotel, market leader synonymous with luxury and service, recently unveiled as a 400 bedroomed hotel, invites applications from dynamic, experienced Food & Beverage professionals for the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
This role based in the Gallery Restaurant requires an experienced, driven individual used to a very busy Food & Beverage Outlet.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
1. Supervision of meal and beverage service in The Gallery Restaurant
2. Training & Development of Food & Beverage Staff
3. Customer Care
4. Implementing and maintaining standards of operation
5. Cost Control
6. Attending meetings when required
7. Ensuring team members have knowledge of all menu items and products
8. Assistance with weekly duty rosters
9. Assistance with Performance Reviews
10. Cash Handling
Essential Skills:
1. A minimum of 2 years proven Food and/or Beverage supervisory experience in a busy 4-star hotel in a similar role at this level
2. Attention to detail
3. Excellent Personal Presentation
4. Excellent communication skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Legally allowed to work full time in this country
5. HAACP qualified
6. As this role is full-time, only those legally allowed to work full-time in Ireland will be considered.
