About Your New Job Work closely with the Lead Scheduler and service team to collect and organize key scheduling information.
Identify and proactively resolve any conflicts or issues in the schedule.
Track ongoing projects, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
Communicate any scheduling updates or changes to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Utilize scheduling software to effectively plan tasks, allocate resources, and optimize workflows.
Provide regular reports and status updates to management.
Assess potential risks that could impact schedules and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
Source and select suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Monitor stock levels to balance supply with customer demand while avoiding excess inventory.
Oversee transportation and warehousing to ensure cost-effective and efficient movement of goods.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and reliability.
Assess supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary process enhancements.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations while identifying and addressing potential risks.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on supply chain efficiency.

What Skills/Experience You Need Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with scheduling, procurement, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
