BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in systems engineering or operations5+ years of experience managing technical teamsExperience with large-scale telecommunications systemsExperience with VoIP, SIP, and unified communications platformsStrong background in network engineering and infrastructure operations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in related technical fieldAWS certifications and cloud infrastructure expertiseTrack record of implementing ITIL practices and operational frameworksExperience with automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
