Job Summary
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is seeking an experienced and self-motivated BDC Manager to lead their Business Development Center's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Establish and manage processes for smooth operations.
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
* Analyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
* Generate new business leads and increase sales opportunities.
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
* Update and manage website content.
* Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
* Assist in other dealership areas as needed.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of the Auto industry.
* Proven track record in sales/marketing management.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Able to work independently with limited supervision.
