About the Role:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Key Roles, reporting directly to the Lead Area Supervisor. These key roles will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and reporting on the performance of both existing wind farm sites and those in development across the Republic of Ireland/Munster region and Northern Ireland.
The role will focus on our four operational priorities: Safety of Personnel, Safety of Environment & Plant, Availability & Efficiency.

This role includes on-call responsibilities for evening and weekend cover due to the 24hr operation of the assets, offering flexibility when needed.
Your Responsibilities:
* Attend various locations in ROI/NI (wind farms, renewable assets, new technologies)
* Primarily based in the Republic of Ireland (Munster region) or Northern Ireland
* Travel to other Energia sites and office locations
* Provide regular support to other site supervisors
* Engage with team members across Dublin and Northern Ireland on an ongoing basis
About You:
We are looking for candidates with a Degree in Engineering or a strong wind industry trade background, coupled with:
* Broad-based operational and technical knowledge of wind turbines (multi-platform, multi-OEM)
* Proven ability to identify faults and take action
* Previous experience supervising electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair work, high voltage electrical networks, and liaising with network companies
* A full, clean driving license, and willingness to travel
* Comprehensive level of IT knowledge/computer skills/Microsoft Office/email
