My client is a young, ambitious residential property developer company with a pipeline of over 1200 units, based in Kildare but with developments throughout Leinster. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team to help develop and support the current employees, and to make the company an even better place to work to attract great talent and build the team.
This is an 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, non-hybrid role.
Job Specification
* Provide HR leadership, ideas, and initiatives to enhance the overall capabilities and success of the company.
* Ensure all HR initiatives foster a positive team culture focused on high performance, quality, knowledge sharing, and expertise.
* Coordinate and implement the timely sourcing and recruitment of capable staff for this growing, fast-paced, and diverse business.
* Facilitate active communication processes to engage staff, mobilize ideas, and support business development.
* Drive ongoing performance and quality improvements through coaching, appraisals, and training processes.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be comfortable shaping this role, providing HR direction, staying close to business developments, and maintaining HR objectivity.
* At least seven years of successful HR experience, ideally in a construction or engineering environment.
* Ability to operate independently using initiative and sound judgment.
* Propose and implement practical, cost-effective HR improvements aligned with business needs.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
This role will be the company's first designated HR manager, offering the opportunity to design, manage, and implement a comprehensive HR function.
