Contract position, hybrid remote (2x per week onsite) based in Dublin City Center. My client is a leading global company in the Healthcare & Insurance area and needs a talented and experienced Change Manager with a healthcare background to join them on a contract basis.
As a Change Manager, preferably with a Healthcare background (Clinical, Hospitals, Health Systems), you will be responsible for creating and managing project plans and driving progress awareness with my client and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and shaping the approach to deliver the client’s strategic vision for their business and people agenda.
* Developing and utilizing industry knowledge to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
* Collaborating with client teams to co-create solutions, driving progress via workshops.
* Understanding client key strategic/operational issues and structuring the problem to develop and implement possible solutions.
* Developing reports, presentations, and other briefing materials to provide data and insights on program implementation, progress, risks, and opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working in project or change management and experience working with senior management.
* Proven ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops.
* Pragmatic, business-focused, and with a strong execution mindset.
* Strong analytical skills, understanding complex issues, quickly absorbing information, and excelling in conceptual and creative problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong writing (including the development of presentations) and communication skills.
* Experience in program and project management.
