What You'll Be Doing:
Providing expert Level 2 technical support to clients Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, Exchange, and Intune Working closely with clients to deliver outstanding IT support and solutions Gaining hands-on experience with Azure, cloud services, and cybersecurity Contributing to exciting projects and developing your technical expertise Requirements What You Need to Succeed: Experience supporting Microsoft environments within an MSP Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Exchange, Intune.
Excellent communication skills – clear English and a client-focused approach Based in Dublin (or nearby) and fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid work permit) Benefits What's in It for You?
