Sr Analog/RF Layout Engineer/ 28nm Experience

1. Required for Tape Out for TSMC 28 nm technology.
2. The assignment involves designing various Analog Blocks ensuring desired specifications and required quality, while qualifying all layout verification checks.
3. Top level routing and integration of the designed blocks/sub-blocks, after creating IO ring.
4. Performing all necessary steps for Tape Out, including the creation of Dummies.
5. Layout verifications for all stages of development.
6. Creation of closure report if necessary.
7. Candidate applying for this position should be an expert in designing Analog/RF layouts.
8. Prior experience for tape out in TSMC 28nm technology is required.
9. Awareness of all layout-related effects for this technology is necessary.
10. Ability to assist Circuit Design Engineer in making necessary decisions based on layout expertise for this technology.
11. Required knowledge for Virtuoso GXL, including all steps/layout verifications required for GDS tape out.
