About Your New Role
* You will be supporting the site with administration and coordination duties.
* You will be primarily front desk based where you will greet visitors and employees and aid with any queries they may have.
* Assist with the onboarding of new employees (create badges, order IT equipment, etc.).
* You will organise any inbound deliveries to the office as well as communicate with DHL in relation to any outbound packages.
* Organise travel arrangements including bookings and expenses.
* Ensure the kitchen area is fully stocked at all times.
* Organise any lunches and outings for staff.
What Skills You Need
* Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
* 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
* Good IT skills including Excel.
* Excellent phone manner and professional attitude.
* Self-starter who is able to work off own initiative.
What's on Offer?
* 12 month rolling contract
* Paid weekly.
