Key Responsibilities
* Creating strong leads and opportunities for all ECP channels, ensuring compliance across marketing and promotional activity.
* Identifying existing, lapsed, and new business opportunities within branch-specific geographical areas.
* Conducting customer account reviews with the branch management team focusing on KPIs and potential opportunities.
* Developing positive and professional relationships with internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
* Acting as a key member of the ECP Business Development Team, demonstrating standards, behaviours, and values to drive effective teamwork.
Skills and Experience
* Great communication skills to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity.
