Digital Marketing Manager

The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies—both in-house and for clients. Your focus will be on team leadership, multi-channel campaign management, and technical execution, ensuring exceptional performance and return on investment (ROI). This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong balance between high-level vision and day-to-day management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
1. Lead and collaborate with a small team to enhance digital marketing efforts by sharing insights, best practices, and new strategies.
2. Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.
3. Communicate with clients, presenting campaign performance, creating proposals, advising on digital strategies, and managing expectations.
4. Own multi-channel advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and ROI.
5. Oversee campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
6. Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid media strategies to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
7. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to refine digital strategies.
8. Efficiently manage and allocate marketing budgets.
Organic and Content Creation
1. Collaborate with the digital design team to create engaging digital content that aligns with branding guidelines.
2. Oversee content creation using tools like Canva and other design platforms.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
4. Implement on-page SEO best practices and optimise landing pages to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
Optimising and Reporting
1. Develop and optimise targeted campaigns through A/B testing and automation.
2. Identify, monitor, and analyse KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
3. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
1. Proven leadership experience and a strong track record of managing marketing teams.
2. Expertise in Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, and HubSpot.
3. Experience in email marketing platforms and executing effective email campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of data analysis and campaign reporting, using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
7. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
8. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
