Job Description:
As a Contracts Manager, you will lead multiple site teams and oversee project administration, ensuring timely communication and delivery of projects in alignment with key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple site teams and supervise contractors
* Oversee pre-contract planning, project administration, and progress meetings
* Generate reports to showcase progress against program and budget benchmarks
* Facilitate timely communication and tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers
* Successfully lead and deliver specific projects in alignment with key objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
* Liaise with the pre-construction team throughout the pre-tender and tender phases
Requirements:
* Extensive experience with a M&E or Principal Contractor is essential
* Mission critical experience is preferable
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Self-motivated and hard worker
* Analytical and decision-making skills
* Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software
* Robust budgeting and financial management skills
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills
