Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at a leading Engineering multinational based in North Co. Dublin.
This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 3 days in the office per week and flexible start times between 7:30 - 10:00 am. Additionally, you will be eligible for a bonus, 6% pension, up to 30 days annual leave, and the option to work abroad for 3 weeks per year.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for the Irish operations on a monthly basis. This includes:
* Accurately processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
* Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles
* Calculating and processing deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments
* Preparing and distributing payroll reports to relevant departments
* Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issues
* Coordinating with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
* Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
* Assisting with year-end payroll processing, including issuing W-2s and other required tax forms
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* IPASS payroll qualification (advantageous)
* Minimum of 2-6 years experience of end-to-end Irish payroll process within a large organisation
* In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, laws, and best practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
