We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our Management Team.
The Role
This is a full-time position working 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the team
* Oversee the Front Desk and Back Office Administration
* Train and develop staff
* Roster staff
* Conduct appraisals
* Manage group reservations
* Collaborate with the Hotel Sales Team and Group Financial Controller
Requirements
* 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 3* hotel
* Good knowledge of OTA Extranets
* Working knowledge of the Hotsoft System
* Excellent customer care
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
